About WPSF

The Winchester Police Support Fund is dedicated to strengthening the bond between our community and the men and women who serve and protect it. Our mission is to provide financial support for programs and initiatives through the Winchester Police Department that enhance public safety, foster positive community engagement, and ensure our officers have the tools they need to serve with excellence.


Through fundraising efforts and working in conjunction with the Community Foundation of the Northern Shenandoah Valley, we help sustain and expand vital programs such as community events, K9 services, specialized training, and the purchase of essential equipment for the Winchester Police Department. By working together, we aim to create a safer, stronger community where citizens and officers stand side by side in partnership and trust.
